Warranty Period

The mini-meno device is warranted for a period of 20 years from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers the following:

• Malfunction of the device resulting in it ceasing to operate.

In such cases:

• The customer must send the device back to The Bioenergy Clinic UK office at their own expense.
• Upon receipt and verification, The Bioenergy Clinic will provide the customer with a new mini-meno device.

Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Physical Damage

   • Any damage caused by dropping the device or mishandling, resulting in loose internal components or other physical issues.

2. Intentional or Accidental Damage

   • Any signs of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage to the mini-meno.

3. Damage from External Causes

   • Damage due to exposure to water, extreme heat, or other external factors not intended for the device’s use.

Customer Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the device to The Bioenergy Clinic UK office for warranty claims.
• The Bioenergy Clinic is not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

General Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the device.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided for all warranty claims.
• The Bioenergy Clinic reserves the right to inspect and verify the device before approving a warranty replacement.
